KIVNEST Shipping Policy

At KIVNEST, we aim to make ordering kitchen and home products convenient and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the required order details have been received and any necessary payment or order verification has been completed.

Our target processing time is 1–3 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by high order volumes, stock availability, or verification requirements.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India are generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery destination and courier service.

Remote locations and areas with limited courier coverage may require additional time.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The applicable estimate displayed at checkout or communicated for your order will take precedence where different.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the eligibility conditions displayed when the offer is made.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we may share it through your registered contact details or another available communication channel.

Courier tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch. If tracking information is unavailable or your parcel appears delayed, contact our customer support team.

5. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and reachable phone number when placing an order.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or handed over to the courier.

Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where permitted by law and disclosed by the relevant service provider.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products, locations, and orders.

If COD is offered at checkout:

Please keep the required payment amount ready when your parcel arrives.
Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Respond to order verification requests where necessary.
Repeated refusals or fraudulent orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability, where permitted by law.

COD availability is not guaranteed for every PIN code or product.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders and work with delivery partners to complete delivery.

Delivery may be delayed by courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact us promptly if you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or an order with missing contents.

Where possible, retain the original packaging and provide photographs or other relevant details to help us investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution under our applicable policies and consumer protection laws.

9. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

If a courier cannot complete delivery because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or delivery is repeatedly refused, the parcel may be returned to us.

If this happens, contact customer support to discuss the available options. Any additional charges or refund adjustments will be handled in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.
